Tian Harlan NOS Chromachron Color Time watch, 1973
An unusual watch by the German designer Tian Harlan who invented the famous Chromachron Color-Time watch (more Tian Harlan Color Time watches can be found in our collection). The time is not shown by hands or numerals but by a rotating circle and a coloured dial. This version is made of black plastic with a chrome metal ring. Note that with these Tian Harlan watches it is impossible to read the exact time: they were also called anti-stress watches. This watch in NOS/New Old Stock so it has never been worn since it was made in the early 70’s. It has a black plastic case (diameter 41,5 mm.) with a chrome metal ring and hand wind movement.
